Rules

Access to pools and wading pool

Pools and splash pad hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
T-shirts, denim clothing or cotton are not allowed in the pools.
It is necessary to wear appropriate clothing for the use pool.
Do not run near the pool r play rough.
No diving.

Music

Music is allowed from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
During the day the volume of the music should be moderate and just for your camp.
Live music is prohibited (musical groups, example: Band)

Motorcycles

Motorcycles, ATV´s y UTV’s hours are from 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
Motorcycles, ATV´s and UTV’s are only allowed on the track.
For no reason should motorcycles travel more than 10km/hr to leave their campto the track.

Glass Bottles

It is not allowed to introduce glass bottles or containers into the pools area.

12 and under

Must always have to be accompanied by an adult.

Firewood

It is not allowed to cut firewood, brenches,shrubs,trees,etc.

Paints

The use of paints or graffiti is not allowed.

Drugs

It is not allowed to introduce or use drugs.

Fireworks

It is not allowed to introduce or detonate Fireworks.

Firearms

It is not allowed introduce or detonate firearms,pellets,ammunition or paintball.

Camping

Camping or parking in cabin áreas is not allowed.

Horses/Ponies

It ir not allowed to run or trot with horses or ponies, they are only for walking.

Grills

Two grills are not allowed when parking a single car.

Benches

It is not allowed to move benches without authorization.

Pets

The owner must be responsible for his pet. If he chases farm animals, he should be put on a leash. Inside the cabins, pets must sleep in their own bed or cage. It is your obligation to clean any area your pet messes up.
He should bring his vaccination record and should check that he is protected against fleas and ticks.

Cancellation and reservation policies.

You must bring your reservation confirmation printed.

In case you are unable to attend on the reserved date and/or need changes or cancellations, you must give notice at least 15 days in advance, and there is a 25% charge of the total amount.

There are no date changes or refunds with less than 15 days' notice prior to the reservation date.

In case of no show, there are no refunds or changes.

There will be no refund or date changes for non-attendance due to bad weather, road closures, personal matters, and/or illness.

In case of rule violation, the company reserves the right to demand evacuation from the premises without any refund.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in reporting to the appropriate authorities.
